There's a weird psychology to this app. No social feeds, no complex routines. Just you and your PR history staring back at you. It literally forces you to lift heavier.

Deleted my bloated workout tracker. This is literally just a chart that goes up and to the right. Monkey brain see line go up, monkey lift heavier weight. 10/10.

Breaking PRs is 90% mental. Other apps give you 50 things to click between sets. This gives you a blank screen and a number to beat. My bench is up 20lbs.

It takes exactly 1.2 seconds to log my squat. No menus, no ads. Just pure focus. The lack of features IS the feature. Stripping away the BS works.

The Toolset

Gym apps got too bloated.

We removed the social feeds and AI coaches. Everything left is designed to do exactly one thing: force you to lift heavier weight.

Monkey brain see line go up.

Breaking PRs is 90% mental. Other apps give you 50 things to click between sets. We give you a blank screen and a beautiful chart that plots your exact strength history. It literally forces you to lift heavier.

NEW PR: 315lb

1.2 Second Logging

You are at the gym to lift, not look at your phone. Log your sets faster than your rest period. Open app, enter weight, close app.

Squat
315

Pay to remove the garbage.

Sometimes what an app doesn't have is its best selling point. You aren't just buying features; you are paying to strip away the distractions and own your focus.

Social media feeds

The price of one pre-workout.Yours forever.

xrahman

hey, I’m Rahman, and I built ElevatePR.

It’s been 8 months since I joined the gym.
I wasn’t genetically gifted and started off weak, unable to lift much weight.

So I built ElevatePR to push myself to lift more. It helped me get stronger over time.

It creates a mental trigger to push harder and break the chart.

I also share my progress on Instagram.
