2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. ElevatePR cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

3. Lifetime Access

When we say "Lifetime Access," we mean you pay once for access to the current features of ElevatePR for as long as we maintain the service. We do not charge recurring subscriptions for these features.

4. Proper Use

You may not use ElevatePR for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

5. Limitation of Liability

ElevatePR is provided "as is". We are not responsible for any injuries or health issues that may occur while you are using the application or performing the exercises tracked within.

AI Predictions Disclosure

AI-generated PR predictions and "Next Gym Session" potential targets are for motivational and informational purposes only. They are based on statistical analysis of your past performance and do not guarantee future results. Never attempt a weight that feels unsafe regardless of the AI prediction.

Always consult with a medical professional before starting any new exercise program. ElevatePR is a tracking tool, not a coaching service. We are not liable for any physical harm resulting from overexertion.
